For chicken you’ll need:
½ jar of Cita’s Garden Green salsa
1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
Medium size skillet with lid
Super easy! Place chicken and salsa in skillet. Add lid, cook on medium heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For rice you’ll need:
½ jar of Cita’s Red Rage Salsa
1 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of your favorite rice (we use jasmine)
Medium size saucepan/skillet with lid
Mix ½ jar of salsa with 1 1/2 cups of water. Add salsa mix and rice to saucepan and cook on HIGH heat until reaches a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low. Add lid and cook for about 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Canned black beans/pinto beans, avocado, cheddar or fiesta mix shredded cheese, tortilla chips. Add all of it to a bowl and dinner is done.
