Lemon Pepper Chicken with Red Rage Sauce

 

You can add a can of black beans (drained), corn or your favorite veggie for a 1-skillet meal. Pair with steamed rice or roasted potatoes for a hearty meal.

 

You’ll need:

4 chicken breasts, medium thickness

Lemon pepper seasoning

Pam or other non-stick cooking spray

½ yellow or white onion, sliced

½ jar of Cita’s Red Rage Salsa

10-in pan

 

Lightly and evenly season both sides of chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning. Set aside.

Heat your pan on the stove. Lightly coat with a bit of cooking spray.

Cook chicken breasts on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side to allow browning.

Add sliced onions to pan and continue cooking until the onions are soft and clear.

Finally, add ½ jar of Red Rage to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
